- Confirm all vendors about 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
- Supervise set-up of ceremony, flowers, decor, and misc. items
- Transport and storage of small items for ceremony and reception
- Assist bride, groom, and wedding party prior to ceremony
- Insure late guests do not enter until the bride has entered
- Oversee reception up to 5 hours
- Insure reception stays on track according to time line
- Supervise set-up of reception, flowers, decor, and misc. items up to 3 hours
- Help with gifts and personal items at the end of the reception
- Issue final payments to vendors
